Shopping Basics

We offer R100 shipping to anywhere in South Africa. This is a flat fee – so large orders of multiple items will not be charged extra.

Unfortunately our items are sold as-is and we do not offer a return policy.

We fairly assess our items and list their quality on their respective pages. You may enquire further about an item, though we cannot reserve it in the case it is sold before you purchase it.

Unfortunately, on our online store, we only offer shipping within South Africa for now.

Payments

We use the Payfast Gateway to process payments on our site.

They accept credit/debit cards for payment.

Yes, Payfast does accept some international credit cards.

The amount will be in rands and the system will do the conversion.

No, the prices listed on the product pages are the full price for the item – not inclusive of shipping.

Shipping & Returns

The majority of the time we do not accept returns on items as their quality is described on the item page.

However, if you feel there are worthy issues, feel free to contact us.

There is usually a delay between an order and its delivery. You may cancel your order it is still being processed.
